General Statement
Adgiftdiscounts Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of its business operations and supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.
Legal Framework
This policy is implemented in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, suppliers and third parties acting on behalf of the business.
Our Commitment
We are committed to acting ethically, responsibly and with integrity and to working with suppliers who share these values.
Supply Chain And Procurement
We work with reputable suppliers and expect compliance with applicable labour and employment laws and our Ethical Trading & Supplier Code of Conduct.
Responsibilities
Management is responsible for implementation. Employees must remain alert to potential risks and report concerns.
Reporting Concerns
Concerns should be reported to a line manager or Director or raised under the Whistleblowing Policy.
Protection For Whistleblowers
No individual raising concerns in good faith will suffer detriment.
Breaches
Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action or termination of supplier relationships.
Training And Awareness
Relevant employees will be made aware of modern slavery risks.
Monitoring And Review
This policy will be reviewed annually.
